Our Heavy Duty Swivel Kingpinless Caster with a 10 x 3" Phenolic Wheel. This series caster is made from ASTM1045 steel. Top plate is 5/16” thick drop forged steel integrated with a forged 3" diameter raceway with a single row of hardened 1/2" ball bearings. The legs are formed from 3/8" steel, double welded to the outer raceway for maximum strength. Our unique offset raceway design, heat treatment and tampering processes allows our casters to carry the maximum weight of the bearings used, without horizontal wear, kingpin failure or fracturing of welds, these advantages enable our kingpinless casters to handle side thrust force better than our competitors designs. There are over a dozen wheels, bearings, brakes and options to choose from.
The phenolic wheel is non marking, chemical / solvent resistant, nearly as strong as steel and non sparking. 4-1/2" x 6-1/4"Top Plate..
