Our Medium/ Heavy Duty Kingpinless Swivel Caster with a Polyurethane on Aluminum Wheel is designed for higher capacities and more extreme applications. An integral structure of a hardened bearing raceway and top plate eliminates the kingpin and stops the problem of kingpins failing or loosening during high shock load and side thrust applications or while the caster ages. Induction hardening process assures the raceway is fully hardened for maximum load capacity and life. Polyurethane on Aluminum offers similar capacities to iron core but is lightweight rust and corrosion resistant.
