Our Heavy Duty Kingpinless Swivel Caster with a Phenolic Wheel is designed for higher capacities and more extreme applications. An integral structure of a hardened bearing raceway and top plate eliminates the kingpin and stops the problem of kingpins failing or loosening during high shock load and side thrust applications or while the caster ages. Induction hardening process assures the raceway is fully hardened for maximum load capacity and life. The Phenolic Wheel is non marking, chemical / solvent resistant, nearly as strong as steel and non sparking. 4"x 4-1/2" Top Plate..
