Heavy Duty Ergonomic 5x2" Kingpin-less Swivel Caster with our ERGO-FLEX Orange Polyurethane on Aluminum Core Wheel and a Total Lock Brake. The caster is designed with a CNC machined raceway with hardened ball bearings, a 1/4" thick top plate with legs formed from 1/4" cold rolled steel. Designed for the ultimate solution for traditional casters with a kingpin that are subjected to side thrusts and causing the king pin to loosen and fail from lateral force. Bright zinc-plated as standard. Raceway is made from hardened ASTM1045 steel. Load capacity is 900 lbs.
Total Lock brake locks the wheel and the swivel movement with one pedal, for much more secure braking.
The polyurethane on aluminum wheel has extra thick Polyurethane for a cushioned ride, good floor protection, non-marking, easy to roll with it's precision ball bearings and crowned wheel shape. ERGO-FLEX is uniquely formulated for best ergonomic push/pull and in-line operation. Used often in automotive plants and tow-line applications.
