Heavy Duty Ergonomic 6x2" Kingpin-less Swivel Caster with our ERGO-FLEX Orange Polyurethane on Aluminum Core Wheel. The caster is designed with a CNC machined raceway with hardened ball bearings, a 1/4" thick top plate with legs formed from 1/4" cold rolled steel. Designed for the ultimate solution for traditional casters with a kingpin that are subjected to side thrusts and causing the king pin to loosen and fail from lateral force. Bright zinc-plated as standard. Raceway is made from hardened ASTM1045 steel. Load capacity is 1000 lbs.
The polyurethane on aluminum wheel has extra thick Polyurethane for a cushioned ride, good floor protection, non-marking, easy to roll with it's precision ball bearings and crowned wheel shape. ERGO-FLEX is uniquely formulated for best ergonomic push/pull and in-line operation. Used often in automotive plants and tow-line applications.
