I have a desk chair with a broken caster and was hoping to find a replacement.  The set of five I ordered looked to be a perfect fit so I ordered them, they shipped quickly, and I had them a day earlier than promised.  The caster was a perfect replacement and I am VERY satisfied with the overall experience.
