How do I return an item?

At we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase
If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please email Customer Service at and we will issue a RGA# and shipping instructions for your return.
  • An RGA# is required for all returns or it will be refused at customers expense.
  • All item must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of date of purchase, items not returned within the 30 days, are subject to refusal or a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • Special or Custom orders in some cases are not returnable, If they are deemed returnable a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.
  • When emailing in your request please include your name and order number listed on the invoice.
